My clients were scheduled to move into their home at 4pm and at 2pm the sellers hadn't cleaned for finished moving out of the home. I owe a lot to Mirna Alvarez for bringing the girls over and making the best of a very bad situation. Mirna helped the sellers move their "stuff" out of the home and cleaned everything up so my clients could get into the home and we could close on time.
